CYCLING COMPETITION
Nordbohus Sogn invites you to a bike race for children up to 15 years, in Saltdalshytta bike park. There will be a participation prize for everyone. Sign up at Dalalåven from 11.00 a.m. Bring your bike and helmet and join us!
CARTILAGE STACKING
Neuman Kaupanger is also returning this year, and you can test your own balance skills by stacking crates as high as you can. Who will be this year's champion?
MAT
We are visited by Ellevilt who serves Pulled Pork!
Ellevilt, which has become a firm favorite among many in Sogndal, is serving one of its specialties. Lunch on Saturday is served in Rindabotn.
MOUNTAIN RUN
If you're the fit type, why not join this year's Hodlekve Rundt - a mountain race.
The full distance is approx. 18 km and 1100 vertical meters, and the half distance is approx. 10 km and 500 vertical meters. There are men's and women's classes. Trim class is canceled due to capacity limitations, but it is allowed to go out on the course to cheer.
The secretariat is open in Dalaloven from 09.00. Race start: - full distance 11.00 - half distance 11.30
There is a common start in all classes. NB! Mobile phones are mandatory in case of broken bones. There are no weather reservations.

USED SKI TRADE WITH SOGNDAL IL
Here you can come to sell or buy nice used equipment. You can also hand in equipment to us, which is then sold and the money goes to the Alpine and Cross-Country Group in Sogndal IL. The equipment must work and be in good condition, so that there is someone who will use it. This is also a great opportunity to meet others and share tips for new athletes and parents. Call 46819808 to arrange delivery of equipment. We will be at Dalalåven on Friday and accept equipment by appointment.
