Better organized for families around "Kalven"

When you ski around the entrance to Boligpartnertrekket (formerly Kalvavatni) you will notice a difference this season.

There has been a marked increase in traffic and use of this ski area over the past two years. Children and families in particular have found their trails in the area.

- There are a few things that are better now that we've moved the lift house there. The common denominator is better logistics Due to increased use and the fact that our new green trail comes into the area here, we have moved and made some terrain changes, says Kim Andre Navarsete, operations manager at Sogndal Skisenter Drift (SSD).

He adds that it's even better for children who are going to make the move.

- Boarding will be much smoother now, and it will be much easier for children to get on the T-hook. All in all, we now have much better space in the area, room for the new ski trail that will pass by, and we have a large area available where we will put out benches and picnic tables. Imagine how great it will be to eat your picnic up there this winter.
