It's snowing in Hodlekve.

After a somewhat unusual November and December with bare frost and little snow, a change of weather is now underway! The bare frost has meant that the rivers have dried up, so we have not been able to use our snow cannon to lay snow in the lower part of Rindabotn, as we have done the last two years.

But now it looks like we'll have snow, and we're looking forward to the opening. The operations manager is impatient and today he drove the tractor up to the green trail in Rindabotn to beat the air out of the snow. We've also driven snowmobiles through the 5 kilometer section. We still need more snow and preferably some moist snow so that we can make a sole.
