Krin collection in Sogndal

Just as the first flurries of snow begin to blanket the highest mountain peaks, so do the murmurs of eager skiers.

They call it a "tough autumn gathering" when the national cross-country team gathers in Sogndal and Hodlekve on September 10-13. - September 13.

This is not without reason.

The athletes will test themselves against the best times of the national team athletes in the classic roller ski test race up to Haukåsen. The impulse team of the national team (athletes born in 2005) will also take part in the meeting.

We welcome the gang to the mountains and farms, and look forward to a new winter season, which will start soon, hopefully not too long from now.

The program looks like this.

Thursday, Sept. 10:
1st session, 17:00: Interval "acid session", run w/ poles

Friday, September 11:
1st session, 09.00: Roller skiing classic incl. technique, 2-2.5 hrs.

2nd session, 16.00: Roller skating incl. speed, 1.5 hrs.

Saturday, September 12:
1st session, 09.00: Test run roller ski classic, Amla-Haukåsen

2nd session, 16:00: Run recovery, 1-1.5 hrs.

Sunday, September 13:
1st session, 09:00: Easy long run w/ poles, 2.5-3 hrs.
