Information about Covid case, updated as of April 7

Updated info as of April 7:

A new case of corona infection has been detected in connection with the previous infection in Dalalåven.

- There are no new close contacts in this case. People have been in quarantine and this is the kind of thing that can happen," says infection control officer Leiv Erik Husabø in Sogndal municipality. 

He confirms that the person who is now infected is linked to the infection in Dalalåven this Easter. 

- There has been no new close contact and the infection tracing has been done," says Husabø.

The infection has occurred afterwards and in quarantine.

An employee at Dalalåven was diagnosed with Covid-19 on Saturday, April 3.

The route of infection is known, and all employees who have worked with this person have been tested. These people have so far tested negative on the rapid test.

The municipal infection tracking team in Sogndal municipality is continuing to monitor the situation.

Those who have been in Dalalåven during the period April 1 and 2 and have mild symptoms are encouraged to test themselves.

Dalalåven is closed up to and including Easter Sunday. 

The ski center is open as usual from 10.00-16.00
