Avalanche course 2 days Sogndal 08-09 February

Join us for a two-day avalanche course and get an introduction to how to find the best snow! And not least how to stay alive once you've found it. This course covers everything from avalanche hazard assessment, trip planning, route selection, driving patterns and buddy rescue using transmitter/receiver equipment.

The instructor is peak guide Halvor Dannevig. On avalanche courses we only use internationally qualified peak guides (UIAGM/IFMGA), peak guides under qualification/aspirants and NF approved avalanche course instructors who can demonstrate solid experience over several years in demanding ski, climbing and glacier tours.
