The first member of the tractor guild is in place!

Our marketing consultant Svein Olav Haugen has today made an agreement with the Sogn Injury Center to join the traction machine guild.

In Hodlekve we have 3 traction machines. 2 machines for the alpine slopes and one machine for cross-country skiing and mountain trails. These are expensive machines that we are of course completely dependent on. The preparation costs associated with cross-country skiing and mountain trails alone are well over half a million kroner every year. If we are to be able to keep the machinery in good working order, we must replace the machines at regular intervals.

In Norway, we should be happy that we have the right of way. Among other things, it ensures that everyone can go on the cross-country trails without paying a trail fee. We have nevertheless introduced a voluntary trail fee for private individuals in the hope that we can cover some of the costs. Many thanks to those who contributed last season! We received 35,000,- We aim to double this amount for next season! In addition, we receive NOK 150,000,- from Sogndal Municipality in trail contributions.

What's new this year is that we have created the Trakkemaskinlauget (Trakkemaskin Guild). This is for companies or private individuals who want to contribute in exchange for their name being listed in the Dalalåven as well as on the traction machines. In addition, we include in the package that you can join a trip with the machine to Høgehaug when it is still going to run. The price for joining the guild is NOK 10,000.
